The strength of IntegResource’s unique business proposition lies in our hands-on, day-to-day management of our contractor partners and projects.   We are not a general contractor, but rather provide services similar to a third party administrator, or coordinator of services.   The value of this distinction for the commercial property owner is that we provide a level of oversight simply not available when utilizing other suppliers who represent themselves as “nationals”.  We do not simply ‘assign’ a contractor to your loss and wait for completion.   We are involved in the project as your representative while providing support to your own in-house vendor and risk management staff.
